All participants are required to register through the URSI AP-RASC 2016 online registration system. Participants are advised to register in advance (By July 29, 2016) to receive the Early-Registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below.

**Author Registration Policy (Author Registration Deadline: July 15, 2016
To be included in the AP-RASC 2016 Conference Program and to be eligible for inclusion of the paper in the Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference by July 15, 2016 at the latest with at least one author's registration. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one regular registration is valid for a maximum of 2 papers / student registration is covered only 1 paper independent whether the registered participant is first author or co-author.

Registration Process  

All registrations must be completed on homepage. Telephone, fax or post requests will not be accepted. The registration will be considered as binding when it is received by the online registration system and full payment has been received.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the AP-RASC 2016 Secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, pleasekindly contact the Secretariat on (reg@aprasc2016.org) or +82-42-472-7460.

Cancellation Policy  
  • AP-RASC 2016 Secretariat must be notified of cancellation requests. Cancellations must be declared in written form.
  • All refunds will be conducted after the Congress for administrative reasons and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The cancellation dates below are based on Korean Standard Time GMT+9
  • AP-RASC 2016 Organizing Committee has rights to reject registration upon participants who are irrelevant to fulfilling the purpose of the conference.

Letter of Invitation  

An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chair of the AP-RASC 2016 Committee upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process.

Passport and Visa  

Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and, if necessary, obtain a Korean visa prior to entering Korea. However, many are permitted visa-free entry for a limited time under certain conditions. Nationals of those countries or regions with which Korea has signed a visa waiver agreement can enter without a visa, on the condition that they do not engage in remunerative activities during their stay. The homepage of the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade provides information on which countries citizens require a visa. Please contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your departure country for further details.
